Ms. Laxmi Bakhadyo is currently associated with Kathmandu School of Law as an Associate Professor. She started her career as social activist since 2012 A.D and turned to be a law teacher from 2017 A.D. She has majored in criminal law and justice. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD at Tribhuvan University. She is a passionate researcher and academician. She published her works relating to criminal law, human rights and gender issues.<\/p>\n

I believe that to strengthen people\u2019s agency in redressing rights violations, concerned stakeholders need to work both at the grassroots level to international level from capacity building to litigation and activism.
